Pastor Lance Work grew up in Fairview, Tennessee and has spent his entire life working
in church as part of a ministry family. His father, Sam Work, served for nearly 50 years as a
pastor, evangelist, and missionary, traveling throughout Africa as well as many parts of the US.
He founded Anew LIFE Church in 2013 alongside his wife Cheryl Work. In December of 2020,
Sam Work went home to be with the Lord. His son, Pastor Lance answered the call to carry on
the ministry work that his father began, teaching people everywhere how to receive all that
God has offered us through his son, Jesus Christ: LIFE, the way it should be!
Pastor Amber Work grew up in White Bluff, Tennessee where she spent many years in
church and around the ministry. Her grandfather served as a pastor for nearly 60 years. Pastor
Amber is an anointed teacher and minister in her own right, and has a passion to teach and
disciple children to be the leaders of their generation. Pastor Amber is highly educated, holding
a doctorate degree in Business Administration and Higher Education Leadership.
Pastors Lance and Amber met in 2011 and were married in March of 2012. Together,
they have answered the call to ministry, and are both committed to seeing lives changed, and
the glory of God unveiled as they go forward in the work that they are commissioned to do.
